General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via our online shop between us and consumers. Consumers are defined in accordance with § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) as natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, consumers submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Before submitting the order, all entries can be corrected at any time. It is also possible to cancel the order process at any time by closing the browser window.
The receipt of the order will be automatically confirmed by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract offer. A purchase contract is only concluded when we ship the ordered goods to the consumer and confirm the shipment with a further email.
Orders are placed via the Shopify shop system. Details of the ordering process and options for technical corrections can be found on the respective order page.

Storage of Contract Text
We store the order data and send it to the consumer together with these GTC via email. The GTC can be accessed, downloaded, and printed at any time on our website. Consumers receive an email with the order details and confirmation.
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. If additional languages are offered in the online shop, these also apply as contract language. The contract text is not permanently stored by us and is no longer accessible online after the order has been completed.

Customer Accounts
It is possible to create a customer account. Registration is free and allows orders to be processed more quickly, multiple shipping addresses to be saved, and orders to be viewed. The customer is obliged to keep their login data confidential and take all reasonable measures to prevent misuse.

Vouchers and Discount Codes

  • Vouchers: Vouchers are valid until the end of the third year after the year of purchase, unless a different validity period is indicated on the voucher. Cash redemption is excluded.

  • Discount codes: Discount codes cannot be combined and apply only to the specified promotions. Cash redemption or retroactive crediting on already placed orders is not possible.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Details can be found in our Withdrawal Policy, which is available on our website and can be viewed during the ordering process. A model withdrawal form is also provided.

Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in Euro (EUR), including the legally applicable value-added tax, plus shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed on the product page, in the shopping cart, and on the order page. The available payment methods are listed under “Payment & Shipping.”Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the specified shipping address. Delivery is made to the countries indicated as delivery countries in the online shop. Delivery is carried out using a service provider of our choice.
The delivery time is usually 2–5 business days unless a different delivery time is indicated for the respective product. If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately.

Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Liability for Defects (Warranty)
The statutory liability for defects applies.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Applicable Law
German law applies under exclusion of the UN Sales Convention (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.

Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The statutory provisions shall replace any invalid provisions.
