All orders are generally shipped with DHL or DHL Express. We reserve the right to use other shipping providers for express shipments. Orders are processed within three business days of receipt.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including a tracking number.

Please note: There is no shipping on Sundays and German public holidays.

• Standard shipping: €6 – delivery time 2–4 business days
• Free standard shipping on orders over €150
• Express shipping: €20 – delivery time 1–2 business days
• Books (parcel post): €2.70 – delivery time 2–4 business days

Express orders placed before 12 noon on a business day are delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday are shipped the following Monday.

We ship to the following European countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain. If your country is not yet listed here, please contact us.

• Express shipping: €35 – delivery time 1–4 business days
• Books (parcel post): €6 – delivery time 2–8 business days

Please note: Delivery times vary by country and are therefore given as a range.

You can return items within 14 days of receiving the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods back within this period with proof of dispatch (e.g. a proof of postage).

If you would like to return an item, please let us know in advance by e-mail at hello@studioeasy.de. This is not, however, a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs

Germany: For returns from Germany, you will receive a prepaid return label by e-mail from us after your withdrawal declaration. We deduct a flat return fee of €4 from the amount to be refunded to you for this.

Other countries: For returns from abroad (outside Germany), you are responsible for arranging and bearing the direct cost of the return yourself. We recommend shipping with tracking.

Refund

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The refund will be issued using your original payment method.

Exchange

A direct exchange is not possible – please place a new order for the item you want through the shop.

You may inspect the goods in the same way you would in a physical shop – for example, by trying them on. Any use beyond this (e.g. everyday wear, soiling, damage or visible signs of use) may result in a loss of value. In this case, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable compensation for the diminished value from the amount refunded to you.

Please include labels, original packaging and accessories with your return, where available.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it, before removing any labels or disposing of the packaging. If an item arrives without a label, please contact us on the same day.

Bags & Accessories

Please return authenticity cards, dust bags and tags undamaged. For light-coloured bags and accessories: please handle them carefully while you are still deciding whether to keep them – dark garments can transfer colour.

Shoes

Please try shoes on only on a soft surface (e.g. a carpet) to protect the soles. Please return the shoebox and dust bag as well, and pack the shoebox inside an outer shipping box so it arrives undamaged. If the shoebox is missing or damaged, this may be taken into account when assessing compensation for diminished value.

Swimwear & Underwear

Please try on briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms over your own underwear, without removing the hygiene strip.

Fragrance Products (Scented Candles, Reed Diffusers, Incense Sticks)

Please only smell fragrance products through the sealed packaging or on the unused product:

• Scented candles and incense sticks: please do not light them.
• Reed diffusers: please do not insert the rattan sticks.

 

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of (in each case only insofar as such products are offered):

• goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• goods which, after delivery, are, due to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
