Delivery

All orders are shipped via DHL or DHL Express. Processing takes place within three business days of receiving the order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email including a tracking number.


Please note:
There is no shipping on Sundays and German public holidays.

Shipping costs Germany

  • Standard shipping: €5.90 – Delivery time 2–4 working days
  • Free standard shipping on orders over €100
  • Express shipping: €15.90 – Delivery time 1–2 working days
  • Books (parcel): €2.70 – Delivery time 2–4 working days

Express orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

We currently ship to the following European countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Slovakia, and Slovenia. If your country is not listed, please contact us.

  • Standard shipping: €15.90 – Delivery time 2–8 working days
  • Express shipping: €35.00 – Delivery time 1–4 working days
  • Books (parcel): €5.90 – Delivery time 2–8 working days
  • Free standard shipping on orders over €350

Please note: Delivery times vary depending on the country and are therefore given with a wider range.

Return

If you wish to return an item, please inform us in advance by email at hello@studioeasy.de. However, this is not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal.

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to demonstrably send the goods within this period (e.g., with a proof of postage).

Return shipping costs

  • Germany: Returns are free of charge
  • Other countries: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending the item with tracking. We will gladly provide a shipping label upon request – the cost will then be deducted from the refund amount.

Return policy

Please note that you may only use the goods to the extent necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality, similar to trying them on in a store.


A loss in value of the goods can occur if they have been used beyond what would be possible in a retail store to ascertain their condition, properties, and functionality. This can happen in particular if the goods have been worn, soiled, damaged, or show signs of use. In this case, we reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation for the diminished value.

Labels, original packaging and accessories should ideally be kept and returned with the order, as this facilitates the return process.


Please pay attention to the surface you are walking on when trying on shoes.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt before removing any labels or disposing of packaging. If an item has been delivered without a label, please contact us on the day of receipt.


Grounds for exclusion or termination

Note: The following exclusion criteria only apply if corresponding products are offered.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:

  • Goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to personal needs;
  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  • Goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
