Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods as long as we have informed you during the order process and unless in this process we have stated elsewise. We recommend returning the goods with tracking.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion / Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Note: The following exclusions apply only if such products are offered.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:

goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs;
sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
