Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last of those goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.studioeasy.de/en/pages/declaration-of-withdrawal. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

For returns from Germany, we will provide you with a prepaid return label; we reserve the right to deduct a flat return fee of €4.00 from the amount to be refunded to you.

For returns from other EU countries (outside Germany), you are responsible for arranging and bearing the direct cost of returning the goods yourself.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Supplementary Note on Compensation for Diminished Value

To give you some guidance on what counts as "necessary examination": you may try on and inspect the goods in the same way you would in a physical shop – for example, trying on a garment once over your own underwear to check fit and quality, or briefly testing how a product works.

Generally no longer covered by this kind of examination is actual use in everyday life – for example, wearing clothing outside the home, washing or perfuming a garment, clear signs of use or wear, or wearing shoes outdoors.

Whether, and to what extent, compensation for diminished value applies in an individual case is determined by us based on the actual loss in value of the specific item; we do not apply fixed flat amounts or percentages.

Exclusion / Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Note: The following exclusions apply only if such products are offered.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:

• goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs;

• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

• goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
