La Cabra's Manuel Domingo Steeped Coffee is a special coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, grown by Manuel Domingo. It boasts a very pure and intense flavor with a slightly milder character – reminiscent of very ripe strawberries and sweet, creamy milk chocolate. The sweet and ripe fruit notes in the cup make this coffee a true delight. The steeped coffee pouches are individually dosed (approx. 15g per pouch), ground, and sealed in ready-to-brew, nitrogen-flushed packaging – thus preserving the clear, aromatic character of freshly ground coffee for over a year after roasting.

Origin and special features:
Manuel Domingo comes from the village of Concepción Huista in the Huista region of Guatemala. Many of La Cabra's Guatemalan coffees originate from this region—partly due to their excellent quality, and partly because La Cabra's partner, Primavera, focuses on this area and operates a warehouse and laboratory there. Manuel recently inherited the farm and converted it from food crops to coffee after recognizing the potential of many other producers in his area. The small plot of just 1.5 hectares is planted exclusively with Caturra coffee, which is protected from many diseases and pests by its altitude of over 1,900 meters.
